To make sure your jewelry turns out as beautiful and detailed as possible, please follow the simple tips below when uploading your photo:
1. Use a Clear, High-Quality Photo
Blurry or pixelated images won’t engrave well.
✅ Make sure your pet is in focus with clear outlines
📱 Most smartphone cameras work great — just avoid zoomed-in or grainy photos.
2. Good Lighting = Great Results
Natural lighting works best!
💡 Try to have light facing your pet’s face (not from behind)
⚠️ Avoid dark or shadowy photos, especially for pets with dark fur.
3. One Pet Per Piece is Best
Each piece is designed for one pet to ensure detail and clarity.
If you want two pets in one piece:
🐶🐱 Make sure they’re close together, with both faces fully visible and no large gaps between them.
4. What We See is What We Engrave
We can only engrave what’s in the photo.
🐾 If it’s a headshot, we’ll create a head silhouette.
🐾 If it’s a full-body photo, we’ll try to include the full outline.
