Because each AceCrafted piece is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re here to make sure your experience is a great one.

Please read the following carefully to understand when a replacement may be offered and when refunds are not eligible.

✅ When We’ll Offer a Free Replacement

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement.

Requirements:

  • Contact us at AceCraftedJewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging

  • Replacements are only provided for products damaged upon arrival

❌ Refunds & Returns Are Not Allowed in These Situations

We do not offer refunds or accept returns in the following scenarios:

  • Customized Jewelry: All products are custom-crafted based on your photo and details. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Order Cancellations: Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so we are unable to cancel or modify any orders once submitted.

  • Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund.

  • Customer Damage: Items that are damaged after delivery (e.g., dropped, scratched, mishandled) are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item or expected something different, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • Lost Packages Due to Wrong Address: We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
